Brotech I&M is the controller for enquiries received through brtech.es, where it presents its services under the Brtech brand. You can contact Brotech I&M at Info@brtech.es or by telephone on 658 672 278.
When you request information or a quote
When using the form, you enter your name, email address, the service you need and your message. A draft opens in your email app. Brotech I&M receives the information when you send the message. You can also call or start a WhatsApp conversation.
We use your contact details and information about the work to reply, prepare the quote you request and provide the service if you accept it. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract and, where applicable, performing that contract. For general enquiries, our legitimate interest is responding to your communication. We need a way to contact you to reply.
Browsing and service providers
When a page loads, the hosting and security providers (OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare) may process technical data such as your IP address, browser, requested page and access time. They use it to deliver the page, detect abuse and protect the service. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and available.
Email is handled by the providers involved in delivery. Selecting WhatsApp takes you to an external service that processes connection and account data under its own terms. You may also use the telephone or email.
Some technology providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. You may consult each provider’s terms and safeguards or request information at Info@brtech.es.
How long we keep data
We retain enquiry data while handling and following up your request. If you commission work, we retain the relevant information throughout the contract and for the periods needed to meet legal obligations or handle claims. The security cookie’s lifetime is explained in our cookie policy.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, object to processing and, where applicable, request data portability. Write to Info@brtech.es with your request and enough information to identify the enquiry concerned. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
